BPPEH Completes Disposal of Spanish and German Logistics Assets
BPPEH has completed the disposal of two logistics assets in Spain and Germany for €81 million.
The disposal includes a 54,000 sqm asset (and three adjacent land plots) located in Valencia, Spain and an 11,000 sqm asset located in Viersen, Germany. The assets are currently 100% occupied with long-term leases.
