BPPEH Acquires U.K. Logistics Park
BPPEH has acquired Bedfont Logistics Park in the U.K. for a gross purchase price of £119 million. The acquisition is consistent with BPPEH’s focus on acquiring high quality logistics assets in key European distribution corridors.
Bedfont Logistics Park is comprised of four Grade-A, last-mile distribution units which total 317k square feet and is well-located to the south of Heathrow Airport. The park is 100% leased on a 5-year average lease term (to break) to third party logistics companies, cargo servicers and mail companies.
