BPPEH to Hold Nordic Investor Meetings Commencing Thursday, 8 October 2020
Blackstone Property Partners Europe Holdings S.à r.l., rated BBB (Stable) by S&P, has mandated Morgan Stanley and SEB to arrange a series of Nordic fixed income investor meetings commencing on Thursday, 8 October 2020. SEB will coordinate logistics.
Following these investor meetings, an unsecured SEK-denominated capital markets transaction may follow, subject to market conditions. Any such capital markets issuance may not be offered or sold within the United States (as defined in Regulation S under the U.S. Securities Act of 1933, as amended).
